WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Manage day-to-day finance operation, accounting and banking activities of a portfolio of companies to deliver the financial stewardship
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end financial closing with preparation of analytical review, cashflow analysis, accounting schedules and bank reconciliation
• Participate in planning, budgeting and forecasting
• Ensure compliance of financial records and controls with corporate, statutory & regulatory requirements
• Lead external audit and prepare Financial Statements
• Handle corporate secretarial activities
• Proactively document, review and suggest improvement to finance process and governance practices to stay effective and efficient

WHO YOU ARE

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related disciplines
• Accountancy qualification preferred
• 5 years’ working experience gained in finance operation, reporting and/or controlling roles within business environments with progressive finance practices
• Technically competent in accounting with working knowledge of financial control and corporate governance

The Procurement Executive position involves a critical role in ensuring the integrity of the company's procurement processes and managing the end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) cycle. Key responsibilities include managing procurement categories, negotiating vendor contracts, and ensuring on-time delivery, while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Comply and uphold the integrity of Company Procurement policy and procedures.
• Performing as a role of Category Specialist, responsible for managing assigned Categories, including but not limited to the understanding of business and drivers for the respective Categories.
• Manages the Source-to-Pay (S2P) process i.e., Sourcing of vendors based on business requirements, initiating ITQ/ Tender, bid clarifications, negotiations, issue PO and facilitate vendor payment.
• Administers Purchase Orders and Contracts in accordance with Procurement policy and procedures.
• Performs analysis and evaluation of vendors’ proposals.
• Negotiates with shortlisted vendors for best prices, delivery time, delivery term, payment term and other Contractual terms.

You will support and work in partnership with the local teams across several countries towards the ultimate objective of increase branding and communication both internally and externally:

· Supporting Marketing & PR activities for the Hub, including for Japan market
