Responsibilities:

· Liaise and build relationship with new and existing suppliers and customers

· Cost calculation and prepare quotations

· Prepare budget and sales forecast

· Monitor sales and profitability

· Follow up on AP and AR

· Forex Management

· Prepare Sales and profit report

· Manage forwarders and 3rd party providers for storage, logistics and transportation arrangement

· Sales and Marketing (Business Development, meeting with customers and vendors)

· Planning and administrative (forecast planning and cost calculation)

· Operation (Urgent Shipment handling, quality issue handling, Ad-hoc)

Requirements:

· Degree in any fields preferably in Chemical Engineering/Bio Engineering/Supply Chain Management

· 1 to 2 years working experience

· MS Office

· Travel twice a month mainly in SEA
