The Operations Executive is fully accountable for the 360-recruitment process to include: development of their sales pipeline, forecasting and reports, through to business development, candidate sourcing/placement and client relationship management.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Client Management
· Identify new business opportunities and recruitment leads - utilising your network and market experience.
· Attend meetings and networking events, presenting the company’s capabilities and unique services to new and existing clients to enhance company profile and market presence.
· Offer consultative approach to the clients, understanding their challenges and providing solutions that are relevant, efficient, and meet the client’s specific needs.
· Develop subject matter expertise within the sector specific to your division through research, analysis, tracking and market mapping.
· Building strong relationships with existing and new clients using this to enhance and open up new areas of business prospects.
· Grow existing business by cross selling Connect Energy Services’ various service offerings to client’s current / other business units.
· Use sales calls/meetings to cross pollinate opportunities for your peers and increase a culture of collaboration.
· Understanding competitors’ activities in the market to aid in directional setting, brand, and sales strengthening.
· Effectively demonstrate “best practices” and promote brand awareness by proactively marketing and use of social media to enhance the business and your professional profile within your sector.
Candidate Management
· Source suitable candidates to match client’s requirements offered to work on.
· Create long lists of candidates specific to the key skills and competencies against each role.
· Pre-qualify candidates and gauge interest against requirements creating shortlists for client review.
· Format CVs to match company specification.
· Provide pre-screen write up for the client highlighting critical data match against requirements.
· Update candidate on Operations process and provide preparation material or interview instructions as an when required.
· Time sheet management; collation, quality control checks and management.
Assignment Support
• Crew Mobilisation
o Coordination with crew and vessel’s agent.
o Completion and arrangement of crew certification per vessel requirement; courses, medical / vaccinations etc.
o Preparation of crew air travel arrangement / land transportation and accommodation requirements.
o Preparation of Service Agreement / API / Cash Advances etc.
• Crew Demobilisation
o Coordination with crew and vessel’s agent.
o Preparation of crew air travel arrangement/land transportation.
Health & Safety
• It is a mandatory requirement of each member of the Crewing team to partake in the management of the 24- hour emergencies contact mobile phone. This is held for a period of 7 days on a rotational basis.
Other
· Effective allocation of work and task to consultants / resource consultant based on individual strengths / specialization to minimize opportunity cost and maximize ROI.
· Work closely with various departments in the company (Finance, Legal, Global Mobility, Business Development, Joint Venture Partner companies and management team).
· Ensure all recruitment processes are accurate, timely and meet data integrity requirement.
· Carry out duties and responsibilities in compliance with health and safety policy and statutory regulations.
· Meet and exceed KPIs and revenue targets.
· Effective time management, organization, and prioritisation to meet the needs and demands of your role.
· Communicate sales pipeline to Team Lead effectively and make accurate forecast reports.
· Aid in CV formatting duties for Team Lead as and when required to the needs of project demands.
· Mentoring less experienced team member.
