As a Communications Executive, you will support both internal and external communications of Singapore Hospice Council (SHC) to promote hospice and palliative care in Singapore, strengthen social media engagement and work closely with other departments within SHC. You will report to the Manager, Communications and Advocacy to develop, implement, track and optimise our work across all digital channels.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assist in creating engaging content for SHC websites, social media channels, podcasts, electronic and printed newsletters.
2. Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
3. Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
4. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals.
5. Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights.
6. Collaborate with relevant departments to create landing pages and optimise user experience.
7. Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
8. Edit and proofread content created by team members or external contributors as needed.
9. Support the planning of content strategies and collaborate with team members to develop/update marketing materials such as brochures, posters, videos, infographics, and visual assets.
10. Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor and/or Executive Director.
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree in Marketing/Mass Communication or equivalent. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
2. Excellent communication and writing skills.
3. Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
4. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
5. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools, e.g. Google Analytics.
6. Experience in setting up and optimising ad campaigns, e.g. Meta Ads
7. Working knowledge of WordPress and Mailchimp.
8. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
9. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
