About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Executive to join our team at Mikasa Shoji (Impex) Pte Ltd. This full-time role is based in Bugis, Central Region, and will involve managing sales activities to drive growth for our business. You will be responsible for generating new leads, building relationships with clients, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

• Prospecting and generating sales leads through networking, cold-calling, and digital marketing efforts
• Presenting our products and services to potential clients, demonstrating their unique features and benefits
• Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals while maintaining strong relationships with customers
• Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner
• Handling customer’s claims
• Prepare quotation
• Collaborating with the wider sales team to share best practices and identify new opportunities
• Tracking and reporting on sales performance, and identifying areas for improvement
• Other general activities as a sales executive

What we're looking for

• At least 3 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the semiconductor or electronics industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills to close deals and maintain customer satisfaction
• Singapore Citizen/Permanent Resident
• A results-driven mindset and the drive to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
• A team player attitude and the willingness to collaborate with colleagues

Job Responsible:

• To receive the work order from Assistant Purchasing Manager to carry out jobs by the requirement of the order.
• To clarify with customers via Marketing department enquiries or item descriptions that are unclear
• To submit quotation worksheet to assistant purchasing manager within the time frame as stated on work order for approval and make the necessary amendments
• To ensure the timely delivery of stores of confirmed orders by supplier.
• To provide Picking list, Stock chit, and coordinate with Operations Department on delivery time.
• To ensure that all relevant documents (i.e. Certificate, D.O) are in order for delivery
• To hand over signed delivery orders to Accounts department.
• Coordinate return of stores to supplier, submit Goods Return Note (if any) and collection of Credit note.
• To update system and post the necessary documents after completion of order

Job Requirements:

• Min Degree Holder
• Min 3 years of relevant experience in relevant industry
• Negotiation skills with suppliers and principals.
• Knowledge in MS Office, SQL software

PROPERTY EXECUTIVE, MCST

• Manage and maintain day-to-day operations of the and activities of the site of high-end property
• Ensure effective and efficient management of the common areas through routine checks
• Assist the Residence Manager to support daily operations
• Engage and attend to complaints from residents professionally and properly and to ensure every complaint is addressed with the residents with closure; ensure timely and prompt responses to complaints and requests
• Ensure that all the property management services rendered are in accordance to the contracts’ terms and conditions.
• Make regular building inspections and forward the recommendation for rectification.
• Monitor progress payments/claims to ensure cash flow projections.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma/Degree in Real Estate / Building Management / Hotel & Leisure Facilities Management or Higher NITEC in Facilities Management
• Relevant experience in managing condominiums, hospitality, office or retail malls.
• Team player with good communication skills
• Mature and outgoing personality
• Ability to work independently and multi-tasking

• Maintains administrative staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Supervises clerical and administrative personnel by communicating job expectations, appraising job results, and disciplining employees.
• Sets policies and procedures for training, coaching, counseling, and career development for staff.
• Initiates and coordinates goals, deadlines, and projects for their department.
• Develops and implements policies and procedures to improve operations and function of the department.
• Monitors and procures needed supplies for office, reception, mailroom, and kitchen.
• Ensures a safe, secure, and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health, and security standards.
• Manages the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.
