The Executive, Operations Information System acts as a Data Analyst to lead data collection, data analysis, and data consolidation to provide key insights of the business in Singapore and Indonesia.

• Coordinating collection and consolidating of data
• Conduct data cleaning and vetting, check and verify data to ensure data input is accurate
• Apply analytical, statistical and operational research knowledge to transform data into insights to facilitate decision making.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Report critical issues observed through information analysis
• Troubleshooting, researching and fixing issues
• To look into continuous improvement of data and business processes to improve efficiency and productivity
• Understanding internal department (civil, machinery, warehouse, workshop etc.) user needs and build, maintain and optimize systems & process together through the data acquired
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Management, Civil Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology, Information System
• At least 1 year of related experience
• Knowledge in Data Collection, Data Processing, Data Query
• Knowledge of statistical methods and techniques.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MSSQL, PowerBI

• Events on-site coordination and execution (both in-person and virtual events)
• Events management and operations
• Events logistics set-up, preparation, and tear-down
• Client management, event facilitation, and briefing
• Recruiting, training, and management of a team of facilitators
• Events logistics planning, inventory management, stock-check, and equipment maintenance
• Developing and testing new games, creative workshops, and experiences
• Administrative duties and other matters required

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year of relevant event experience preferred
• Outgoing and Sporty personality (love interacting with clients, coordinating events, client briefings, and set up and tear-down activity equipment)
• Strong work ethic, responsible, meticulous, and a problem-solver
• Able to handle a hands-on working environment (involves physical work, conducting outdoor events under the sun, event set-up and tear-down, maintaining equipment, etc)
• Proficient in using software such as Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets, Zoom, etc)
• REQUIRED: Class 3 Driver’s License (Auto or Manual) (You will be required to drive our company vans)

1. Experience in legal research and drafting of legal documents.

2. Ability to organise and track files.

3. Ability to assist with case planning, performing searches and filing court documents using E-Litigation.

4. Good command of written and spoken English.

5. Strong general computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office software.

6. Ability to effectively organise and prioritise workload while paying close attention to detail.

7. Experience in paralegal / legal executive roles preferred.

Job Description:

• Manage the recruitment process for construction staff (e.g., engineers, coordinators, managers) and site workers.
• Utilize job portals, recruitment agencies, and social media platforms to identify potential candidates.
• Conduct initial resume screenings and shortlist candidates for interviews with hiring managers.
• Schedule interviews with candidates and assist in the interview process.
• Support in making job offers and negotiating terms with selected candidates.
• Maintain and update recruitment records, including interview outcomes and new joiner documentation.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new joiners, including briefing them on administrative details and benefits.
• Organizing recruitment campaigns, job fairs and other events to attract candidates.
• Handle processes related to work pass applications and statutory requirements for housing, medical etc.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes for both construction staff and workers.
• Knowledge of local employment laws, work permits, and foreign worker regulations.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
