In this role, you will be leading the integration and optimization of marketing technologies such as analytics platforms, and automation tools to ensure seamless operations across the marketing ecosystem. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation, integration, maintenance, and optimisation of MarTech platforms, including CRM systems, automation tools, and analytics software.
• Analyze marketing and customer data to generate actionable insights and improve campaign performance.
• Implement workflow automation using tools such as Zapier, AppScript, and RPA to improve marketing efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver hyper-personalized campaigns and innovative digital solutions.

• Stay updated on MarTech trends and test innovative solutions to elevate marketing performance.

Requirements:

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field
• Candidates with limited exposures and is interested in marketing & data analytics are welcomed to apply
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a MarTech-focused role.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics, Freshsales), analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio), and marketing automation tools.

Job Responsibilities

Operations - Admin

• Manage and supervise all admin supports in the outlets
• Plan and manage work schedules for all outlet admins
• Support front desk operations in the outlets when needed

The Event Services Executive supports clients' event venue needs with the relevant venue capability and capacity for events. He/She understands clients' requirements and collaborates with the Venue Operations department to configure venue facilities according to clients' needs.
