• Maintain, upkeep and ensure timely and accurate update of HR database, all employee personal files records are complete and treated in strictest confidence
• Application, renewal and cancellation of Work passes
• Bi-monthly Payroll processing and report generating
• General HR administration, such as preparation of employment letters, confirmation letter and etc
• Other government related matters. - IR8A, IR21, tax clearance, government and training grant, NS claims, maternity claim etc ..
• Perform other responsibilities and tasks as assigned

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management/ Business Administrative or equivalent.
• At least 6 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Required Skill(s): HR, Microsoft Office, Payroll, Info-Tech
• Short Notice will be a plus

Job Description:

1. Schedule and assign specificduties/rolesto cleaners and lead teammembers to

perform cleaning activities. Ensurecleanersto adhere to the cleaningstandard and

procedurer.

2. Experience of operatingcleaningmachines, scrubbers, hi-jet, etc;andprovide

training to cleaners when necessary.

3. Control and monitor the usageofcleaning materials to avoid orminimizewaste and/or

misuse.

4. Daily report to operations manageronthe job site situation

5. Help operations manager and be thefirstcontact person tohandleanycomplaintsandfeedbacks fromClients.

6. Any other duties assigned byoperationsmanager.

Job Requirements:

1. At least 2 years' experience insimilarrole in cleaning sector.

2. Hardworking attitude, able to workatheight and move 20 Kgs of weight.

3. Able to work overtimeincludingweekends and publicholidays;willingtoalternatebetween Nightand Dayshift when required.

4. Able to float to work inislandwidelocations.

5. Able to use simple Office Softwareandwilling to undertake paperwork dutiesaswell.

6. Good attitude and hard working. Must be physically fit.
