• Develop and write clear, engaging content for a variety of platforms, including websites, social media, newsletters, and press releases
• Assist with the production of internal newsletters, bulletins, and other communication materials
• Coordinate public relations activities and ensure effective media coverage
• Manage the company’s social media presence, including creating posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring social media trends
• Ensure that all messaging and communication strategies align with the company’s mission and values
• Help coordinate and support internal and external events, including webinars, conferences, and seminars
• Manage the company’s relationships with external partners and ensure positive communication channels
• Conduct research to identify audience trends, competitors, and industry news to stay up to date on best communication practices
• Track the performance of campaigns and provide feedback for improvements
• Prepare reports on communication activities, including social media analytics, campaign performance, and media coverage

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversees various aspects of the marketing function, including advertising, Public Relations, event management, liaison with agencies on concept development, creative production, and implementation.
• Manage and update content on the Company website, Facebook, and other social media platforms to ensure an effective digital presence.
• Support the planning, organization, and execution of events in alignment with approved marketing plans.
• Maintain and track inventory for marketing and promotional materials such as brochures and corporate gifts.
• Collaborate with sales and after-sales teams to identify challenges and opportunities, driving effective marketing strategies.

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Multimedia or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Video Editor.
• Knowledge of marketing and analytical tools such as SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and Google Ads.
• Open to candidates without prior experience but must possess a keen interest in the automotive industry.
• Possessing a Singapore Class 3/3A driving licence is a plus but not mandatory.

• Working Hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm (Mon Fri)

Duties of IT Executive:

• Provide support for on-site and remote end-users to resolve IT-related issues, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting on notebooks, desktops, and related peripherals.
• Conduct installations, system migrations, and problem-solving for various systems.
• Troubleshoot desktop-related issues effectively.
• Maintain and support servers, databases, and IT infrastructure, including performing configuration upgrades.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year IT back end support experience
• Minimum ITE/Diploma in Information Technology
