As a Strategic Account Executive, you will drive highly analytical and consultative sales cycles (upsell and cross sell) with customers that are running large scale, global, competitively sourced, compliance-heavy, use case-specific businesses. This role is cross functional dependent, and your success will depend on building deep partnerships across product management, finance, support, and operations.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

• Work closely with Twilio executives, compliance, go to market and product marketing to build and implement ISV strategies to increase Twilio’s market share and brand awareness.
• Manage and expand some of our most important customer accounts, including financial services, high growth technology, logistics, and fintech companies.
• Develop, drive, and execute account strategy to consistently deliver strong revenue through upsell and cross sell, gross margin, and gross profit results.

• 8+ years of proven quota success in a sales/ISV sales role.
• Deep knowledge of of India market
• Successful track record of personally selling and closing solutions to software companies, telcos, system integrators or resellers
