Job Title: HR Executive - Payroll, Timesheet, Attendance & Leave Management
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage our company's payroll, timesheet, attendance, and leave management systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR generalist functions, particularly with payroll administration, employee time tracking, attendance monitoring, and leave management processes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll and the maintenance of employee attendance and leave records.
*Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Management:*
Process and manage payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Ensure timely disbursement of salaries, bonuses, and other compensation.
Handle payroll queries from employees regarding salaries, deductions, and reimbursements.
Maintain payroll records and ensure confidentiality of payroll information.
Prepare and submit necessary reports related to payroll, taxes, and statutory benefits.
Timesheet Management:
Oversee and manage the timesheet system, ensuring accurate recording of employee work hours.
Ensure compliance with company policies regarding work hours, overtime, and shift patterns.
Review timesheets for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
Assist in setting up and maintaining time and attendance systems.
Attendance Monitoring:
Track and maintain accurate records of employee attendance and absences.
Manage and monitor employee attendance patterns and report on trends.
Address attendance-related issues in accordance with company policies.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies regarding work hours and breaks.
Leave Management:
Manage employee leave records (sick leave, vacation leave, maternity/paternity leave, etc.).
Ensure accurate and timely leave approvals and adjustments.
Coordinate with employees to track their leave balance and update records.
Provide reports on leave trends and assist with planning for absences.
Ensure compliance with statutory leave policies and company guidelines.
HR Generalist Support:
Assist in other HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
Help with performance management processes and employee relations.
Prepare HR-related documentation and reports as needed.
Stay updated on HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
