Key Responsibilities

• Creating content for global newsletters in accordance with the annual content calendar
• Creating content for trade newsletters and special trade communications
• Writing, editing, and proofreading sales documents and onboard materials, including but not limited to guide and Cruise Director PPTs, dining menus, spa menus, and itineraries.
• Conducting SEO research, sourcing images, and writing blog posts for the website
• Updating web pages based on SEO recommendations
• Creating newsletter layouts and scheduling send-outs to respective segments of the database
• Writing copy for scripts and banners used at trade events
• Working with the Content Marketing Assistant on an annual audit of onboard material
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Description

1. Provide administrative support to teachers in the planning and delivery of Co-Curricular Activities (CCA), Values-in-Action Activities (VIA) and Direct School Admission (Sports) in a timely and organised manner
2. Update students' records for CCA, VIA and Physical Fitness Test (PFT) and collate data accurately for simple department reports to assist in analysis for CCA Allocation, LEAPS system, VIA and PFT results
3. Provide administrative and procurement support to teachers in the management of coaches/instructors contracts and renewal process
4. Provide support for logistics and inventory management of equipment and resources
5. Provide operational support to teachers in covering and managing CCA training sessions in their absence. This includes admin roles (attendance taking), working with coaches/instructors as well as ensuring the well-being of the students
6. Provide support in the management of safety of students during PE and CCA activities and events
7. Any other duties as assigned by the school

Job Requirements

• Minimum diploma in any discipline with relevant experience
• First Aid, CPR and AED certification preferred
• Good excel skills and comfortable working with new systems and applications i.e. CCA Management System, School Cockpit applications
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• High level of accuracy and good eye for details
• Able to see potential problems in work processes and suggest possible solutions
• Good organisation and time management with the ability to work independently on tight deadlines and under pressure
• Good customer service skills with the ability to build appropriate professional yet friendly working relationships with staff and students

Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Manager with project functions, including project management, site management, and risk control to achieve project goals.
• Support Project Manager in planning and coordinating construction works according to the master and detailed work programs.
• Guide junior Engineers in daily work execution.
• Prepare and submit project documents such as schedules, method statements, design plans, risk assessments, and reports.
• Supervise construction to ensure compliance with contract specifications, drawings, quality standards, and ESH practices.
• Coordinate and liaise with clients, authorities, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on all project matters.
• Facilitate site inspections, submit technical reports, and maintain records. Assist in verifying progress payments and contractor claims.
• Attend regular meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors to monitor project progress.
• Establish and maintain a document control system for design drawings and project documents.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineer Board.
• At least 3 years of working experience in construction and infrastructure industry (LTA, Roadwaorks, MRT Projects).
