Job Description:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Manage the work pass application process for new hires and ensure compliance with immigration regulations.
• Onboard new employees, facilitating orientation and providing necessary training.
• Handle inbound and outbound employee movements, coordinating documentation and compliance.
• Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
• Administer employee benefits and handle inquiries related to benefits packages.
• Assist in performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback sessions.
• Handle employee relations, addressing concerns and providing support as needed.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support payroll processes and liaise with finance for payroll-related matters.
• Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance.
• Manage exit processes, including conducting exit interviews and processing relevant documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR-related information with discretion.

Requirements :

• At least Diploma / Degree in relevant field or equivalent
• Min 5 years experiences will be advantage
