Primary Role

Information Security Officer (ISO):

• Develop, implement, review, update, and enforce information security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Regularly review and check IT processes, systems, and controls
• Identify, assess, and manage information security risks including suggest of improvements and recommendations
  • Work with relevant stakeholders to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Lead the response to information security incidents, conducting investigations and implementing corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver security awareness training programs for employees.

Secondary Role

• Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems through phone, email, or in-person communication.
  • Assist users with system access, password resets, and account management.
• Install, configure, and update software applications on end-user devices.
  • Ensure that software licenses are properly managed and adhered to.
• Maintain accurate documentation of IT support processes, troubleshooting steps, and solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations and marketing activities of the bridal boutique.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies, including managing social media accounts.
• Assist customers by answering inquiries and offering guidance during gown fittings.
• Manage relationships with designated gown and accessory suppliers, and supervise gown production.
• Keep accurate inventory records of gowns and accessories.
• Handle sales inquiries, generate sales tax invoices, monitor pricing, and create promotional packages.
• Coordinate with tailors to schedule gown alterations.
• Collaborate with stylists, models, influencers, and celebrities for marketing campaigns.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management when needed.
