Job Duties:

1）Managing the execution Imports & Export LC, LC confirmations, Discounting, Guarantees, Performance Bonds, Tenders etc.

2）Handling LC amendments, reviewing the underlying contracts, checking documentation, negotiating key terms with banks or internal stakeholders.

3）Be the principal and essential intermediary between operators and bank's LC functions as well as front-office.

4）Ensure follow up on all the documentary process and payments; Monitoring the daily financing needs for the Company's trading activities.

5）Working and maintaining relations with our key financing banks and internal stakeholders; Assisting in the structuring of prepayments and project financing structures.

6）Negotiating bilateral trade finance documentation with banks, both in English and Mandarin given the role.

7）Ensure that regulatory, bank's policies, guidelines, controls, and compliance requirements are adhered to. Identify documentary discrepancies, transaction exceptions and/or non-compliance with regulations and escalate them to the relevant parties for resolution.

8）Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

1）Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

2）Detailed knowledge of UCP600, ISBP and ISP98 and general commodity trading incoterms

3）1-3 years' experience in Trade Finance/Structured Trade Finance department in the Oil & Gas Industry or Banks

4）Good understanding of physical trading operations and inventory management

5) Meticulous and able to work independently and meet tight deadlines

6) Proficiency in Mandarin to be able to liaise effectively with native Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and to understand Chinese documents

7) Knowledge of hedging, derivatives and prepayment structures, experience in handling LNG transactions would be advantageous.

The Responsibilities:

• Maintains current knowledge, ensures compliance, and communicates with the relevant global, regional and local functions of the local regulatory requirements.
• Review, process and forwards safety events (pre-marketing and post-marketing) and/or other medically related information to Global PV and submits such safety events to the local health authority according to relevant global/local SOPs and local requirements.
• Perform review of abstracts and full articles to identify safety information from literature source.
• Support creation, management, and oversight of local RMP and all RMP-related PV activities.
• Liaise with investigational site and reporter as necessary regarding safety issues.
• Develop local PV training material and conduct PV training as per relevant SOPs.
• Prepare, review, update and maintain PV clauses in all relevant agreements from PV perspective.
• Manages and conducts oversight of Aggregate Report submission to the applicable local health authorities.
• Perform reconciliation of safety information with relevant internal and external functions.
• Develop and maintain PV Business Continuity Plan in accordance with global SOPs.
• Preparing registration dossiers to achieve timely regulatory approvals and maintenance of the existing licenses in the local market

The Requirements:

• Degree in Pharmacy with 1-3 years of experience in PV and/or RA experience in Singapore pharmaceutical industry
• Singapore licensed Pharmacist required
• Strong organizational and process management skills.
• Teamwork and collaboration with cross functional teams
