What this job involves:

Playing a huge role in operations

The site’s daily operations will be at the heart of your role. You’ll work hand in hand with site managers to deliver only the best property management services. • Min Diploma in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration

Key Roles/Responsibilities

• Ensure effective HR adminstration of both our local and foreign employees.
• Responsible for full HR administration of our foreign workers including work pass, dormitory, onboarding, training, repatriation and etc.
• Develop and maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with employment laws and legislations.
• Responsible for submission of statutory returns and claims eg. NS make-up claim, paid childcare and etc.
