In this role, you will be entrusted with the critical responsibility of overseeing daily financial transactions. This encompasses a range of tasks, including but not limited to, the verification of transactions, compilation of Finance related report to HQ in South Korea, and most importantly, ensuring the utmost accuracy of all accounting entries submitted by various stakeholders operating within our financial system.

Moreover, you will act as a vital liaison between our local colleagues in Singapore and the finance team based at our headquarters in South Korea. This position will require you to facilitate efficient communication channels, thereby enhancing collaboration and operational effectiveness. You will play a pivotal role in improving system functionalities which are crucial for timely and accurate daily reporting.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Workplace Maintenance

a. Oversee the overall cleanliness and organization of the office.

b. Liaise with cleaning staff to ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained.

c. Conduct regular checks of office facilities and address maintenance issues promptly.

2. Client Reception

a. Prepare and manage meeting rooms for client visits, including refreshments and necessary materials.

b. Provide professional and friendly reception services to visitors.

3. Storage and Inventory Management

a. Organize and maintain the office storage areas.

b. Track and replenish office supplies to ensure availability for employees.

c. Manage the inventory of stationery, office equipment, and other consumables.

4. Office Equipment Maintenance

a. Monitor and coordinate maintenance of office equipment, including printers, copiers, and other workplace tools.

b. Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and address any malfunctions with service providers.

5. General Administrative Support

a. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth office operations.

b. Support internal events or activities, ensuring the workplace is ready for all occasions.

Job Requirements:

1. Education and Experience

a. Diploma or equivalent qualification; no prior experience is required, but administrative experience is a plus.

2. Skills

a. Good organizational and time-management skills.

b. Ability to multitask and work independently.

c. Basic understanding of office equipment maintenance is preferred.

3. Personality Traits

Job Description:

• Ensure brand integrity by verifying that all marketing materials, communications, and content conform to guidelines and SOPs.
• Organize and maintain marketing files and folders in a logical structure, with regular archiving of outdated materials.
• Work with the respective group for Marketing to develop and implement marketing strategies.
• Create promotional materials, social media posts, and email campaigns.
• Coordinate and execute events, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Manage social media platform content and engage with followers.
• Support offline marketing initiatives.
• Plan, execute, and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Assist in designing visually appealing graphics for marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with respective groups to prepare online and offline marketing collateral.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, and Post Graduate Diploma, preferably in the field of Marketing/Business Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years marketing experience, preferably in FMCG, Retail or Tech industry.
• Candidates who have specialized in Marketing/E-commerce/website administration or equivalent are preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Independent, resourceful, and good communication skills.
• Possess initiative and be results-oriented.

• Knowledge of copywriting skills will be a bonus.

You role shall include but not limited to:

Handle full sets of accounts (AP, AR, GL)
Handle daily operational AP/AR tasks including invoicing, statement of accounts and follow-up on aged receivables, payment and staff claims.
Assist with month-end closing activities (bank reconciliation, BS schedules and audit schedules), intercompany reconciliation, quarterly GST submission and income tax filing process
Prepare analysis of accounts as and when required.
Maintain fixed assets register.
Maintain good documentation and filing system.
Assist in the preparation of budgeting and forecasting.
Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Pre-requisites

Diploma in Accounting/ ACCA or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in AP/AR/GL and accounts consolidation.
Meticulous and attentive to accuracy.
Able to multi-task and possesses strong initiative.
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to read and write Mandarin is preferred as the incumbent is require to work closely with the China office
Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP and Xero.
