• Support the management of strategic and operational activities related to student admissions processes, including stakeholder engagement.
• Strong ability to manage and maintain a database of student information, including familiarity with Immigration Checkpoints & Authority ("ICA") processes, such as the creation of SOLAR+ accounts and handling student pass applications, appeals, and issuances.
• Strong ability in analysing applications of prospective students based on admission policies (local and abroad).

Job Requirements:

• GCE O-Level, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 years of progressive experience in student admissions or administrative management within a private education institution is highly preferred.

About the Job

As FDM continues to rapidly expand its business operations in Asia Pacific; we are seeking individuals who can demonstrate the potential to build a successful career in Sales.

You will play an integral role within the Sales Team, generating new business through research, calls and meetings with clients and prospects. Our Sales Development Program will prepare you for your eventual role as a Sales Executive where you will represent the client facing side of FDM. The primary objective of this role is to find, grow, develop, and generate sales from new and existing clients and place IT consultants in long-term contracts. You will be a key contact for Senior Management across all deliverables, understanding requirements and providing business solutions. You will be based in Singapore, reporting directly to the Singapore Sales Manager.

As part of their training, the junior sales executive will initially start off in the Recruitment team and progress to become a member of the Sales team, creating and developing relationships with our high-profile clients.

While on the Sales Development Program you will develop:

Job Objectives

• The role is to provide administrative support to the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) and General Manger (GM) (Investment) alongside general office management duties primarily, and to provide additional support to company team members as directed, to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and that operations run efficiently.

Job Responsibilities

1. Work supporting the Chief Investment Officer and GM (Investment):

• Calendar management - professional scheduling of internal and external meetings
• Answering phones, screening of calls and directing to the appropriate person.
• Support in email correspondence where required.
• Manage and arrange work travel logistics and activities, including accommodations, transportation, and meals.
• Preparation of travel expense claims
• Booking of meeting rooms.
• Printing and binding of research materials.
• Format information for internal and external communication – presentations, reports, memos.
• Run ad-hoc errands as requested.

2. General administration and office management duties:

• Provide administrative and office support, including the purchase and maintenance of office stationery inventory, printing and binding materials.
• General administration duties such as filing, scanning documents, faxing.
• Coordinate with support staff to ensure office cleanliness is upkept.
• Organize team communications and plan events, both internal and off-site.
• Preparation of travel expense claims and travel insurance arrangements (where required) for equity analysts.

Requirements

• 5 or more years of experience in administrative roles reporting directly to senior management.

1. JOB PURPOSE

To work with the Operation manager and meet the KPI set for the organisation, from a range of responsibilities, including grooming, attitude, parking, prompt scheduling(as according to protocol set), riders and drivers management .

To strengthen relationships with all drivers or riders and customer by delivering a high standard of service and support.

2. DIMENSIONS

• Direct support to Operation Manager

• Working closely with customers, riders, drivers and Operation Manager

• Responsible for riders and driver grooming, parking, on time scheduling propose, find replacement for down riders, build riders strength and inform OM for any riders/drivers related issue

• Responsible for all feedback from customer and communicate to Operation Manager

• Able to drive a van and do delivery as backup plan. Must have class 3 license.

3. KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE and TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED

At entry:

- At lease one (1) year experience working in Logistics Operation or last mile delivery

- Experience of working as a team

- A good team player and able to communicate to all levels of personnel

- Ability to work to a high standard under pressure to ensure deadlines and targets met

- Strong administrative and word processing skills, proficient in all Microsoft Office packages, including Excel and familiar with preparing PowerPoint presentations
