What the day will look like

Brainstorm innovative ways to bring out insights from our data to answer business problems.

Help define relevant measures to highlight the strength of the solutions to different stakeholders.

Collaborate with a team of experienced actuaries, data engineers, developers, and business experts to build Aon’s data, analytics and GenAI capabilities.

Build pipelines for data cleaning, and data transformation while ensuring good code quality.

Build statistical, machine learning and large language models to identify and deliver key data insights.

Design and develop production-grade analytical tools to drive innovation, efficiency, and scalability.

Design and develop production-grade test cases to evaluate models, focusing on accuracy, repeatability, and alignment with expected results.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

Bachelor, Master, or Ph.D. in engineering, statistics, analytics, or any other equivalent discipline with a strong statistical background.

Hands-on experience with data cleaning, building statistical/ML models and interpreting the results. Experience with unit/regression testing for analytics is a plus.

Hands-on experience working with GenAI technologies (e.g., ChatGPT, Ollama, vector store, llamaindex, etc.) to build real-world applications. Knowledge about model fine-tuning is a plus.

Experience working in product teams with focus on designing and developing analytical capabilities.

Strong working knowledge of SQL, Python, and PySpark. Knowledge of Databricks is a plus.

Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, while adapting to dynamic requirements and priorities.

Fluent presentation and communication skills and ability to convey technical analyses and information in a clear and concise manner to a wide variety of stakeholders.

Understand and follow best practices to ensure performance and maintainability of analytical projects.

Your Role

You’ll take the lead in building and implementing our compliance program with regards to Arta's Singapore business with compliance matters relating to the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and assist the Singapore based team with compliance matters relating to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC, a U.S. regulator).

• Lead the development, implementation, and refinement of the compliance program for Arta's Singapore business and ensure adherence to all MAS rules and regulations;
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and local compliance consultants in regards to regulatory requirements and best practices;
• Interface with internal teams in regards to all matters relating to compliance – in particular with the marketing, product management, member success, and research teams, including as it pertains to SEC rules and regulations;

What You Will Do

• Develop and implement policies and procedures for Arta's Singapore business across all topics relating to compliance;
• Ensure any and all MAS regulatory filings or other regulatory obligations are met;

Who You Are

Job Description:

● Responsible for monthly closing of the management group companies;

● Provide monthly consolidation of accounts, forecast cashflow and variance analysis on a timely basis;

Integration
