As our HR Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the HR Manager in the HR functions within the organisation. We are looking for a passionate individual to foster a strong Culture that aligns with our Core Values, and also to improve our employee experience at all employee life cycles.

This role will manage the full spectrum of HR, not limited to; HR Support, HR Admin, Benefits Administration, employee relations, recruitment, compliance and other relevant functions.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Administration and operations (90%)

• HR Support:

Act as the primary point of contact for all HR Admin functions, including supporting the HR manager in recruitment, performance appraisal, compensation & benefits, talent management, learning & development, and employee engagement and address employee inquiries for smooth HR operations

• General HR Admin:

Prepare employment letters, confirmation letters, Employment Agreements for review, and new joiners' documentation (arranging logistics for email/IT setup, onboarding email, etc.)

Facilitate all paper claims; dental, medical, membership, training, and update the HR claims tracker in the HR Shared Drive to centralise the data

Manage application, renewal, and cancellation of foreign work passes and respond to MOM surveys

• Benefits Administration:

Handle employee benefits administration, including enrolment, issue resolution, and managing inquiries with our broker and Singlife to arrange logistics arrangements, prepare useful documents, onboarding slides and presentations

• Employee Relations:

Manage and resolve day-to-day employee queries and concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture

• Recruitment Support and Compliance:

Coordinate recruitment activities; refreshing routine job postings, pre-screening applicants, arranging interviews

Facilitating screenings and due diligence for potential new joiner; ensuring Compliance checks such as post-screening, salary slips verification, and reference checks

• Employee Documentation:

Maintain, upkeep, and ensure timely and accurate update of HR database (P-file and HRMS – PayDay) and ensuring all employee personal files records are complete, filed and treated with the strictest confidentiality

Administrative Support (10%):

• Provide administrative support to the receptionist, and offer backup and support to the receptionist when assisting other departments and stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in a HR executive/generalist or relevant position
• Knowledge of Singapore labour law, regulations, and best practices
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

The team works with multiple public cloud providers and are presently looking for an experienced Cloud Engineer familiar with various cloud concepts, services, and tools, preferably from multiple public cloud providers but primarily in the Cloud Identity and Access Management (CIAM) space. Job Purpose

As part of the Financial Risk Management team within Group Risk Management, you will be part of the team responsible for developing and implementing models used for managing various financial risks of the Group. This role will provide you with on the job exposure to financial risk management within Great Eastern, which is the largest insurer in the Singapore market.

The Job

• Develop and implement Stochastic Asset and Liability Management (“ALM”) models for various risk related analysis such as solvency management and strategic asset allocations;

The Client Accounting – Corporate Executive will work closely with and assist the Client Accounting – Corporate Manager in all Client Accounting business efforts within the Company, including the implementation of new software and ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently handle a portfolio of Singapore private limited companies' clients for routine bookkeeping, payroll processing, GST, Corporate Tax and XBRL filing and meet ACRA and IRAS filing deadlines.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Able to work on 1 weekend per week to support volunteer programs.
• 5 day work week.
• Good written and spoken communication skills.

• Discern sensitive issues and offer reasonable council/suggestions to solve the problem or handle the situation.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office & other creative software is advantageous, but not mandatory.

Job Description:

• Full set accounting for corporate office including GST submission. This includes payroll, corporate expenses, cash advance, corporate credit card claims, travel & entertainment and staff account.
• Data entry for invoice payment & journal entries related to vessels
• Prepare billings to related and external parties
• Update daily fund report for arrangement payments and preparation of bank payment instruction
• Review and transfer AP from Procurement system
• Perform reconciliation of supplier statements, bank statements and intercompany balances
• Maintenance of Vendors Register and Fixed Asset Register
• Preparation and maintaining the filing system and relevant accounting schedules.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma holder in Accounting.
• Minimum 1-3 years of work experience in the accounting position
• Hands on experience in using accounting system application.
• Experience in using Dynamic 365 is an advantage but not essential.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Meticulous, organized and timeline sensitive.
• Growth mindset, willing to learn and grow with the Company.

The Talent Management HR Associate will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of talent management programs, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development initiatives.

Working Hour: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of talent management programs, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development initiatives
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training programs
• Support the performance management process by tracking employee goals, performance reviews, and development plans
• Collaborate with managers and employees to identify training and development needs and coordinate learning and development programs
• Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications
• Generating official internal documents such as Employment Contract, Appointment letters, Warning letters
• Handles operational-related inquiries, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
• Assist in the implementation of employee engagement initiatives to enhance the employee experience and promote a positive work culture
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HRIS data
• Assist with other HR projects and initiatives as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent management and recruitment
• Strong knowledge of talent management best practices and HR processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
