Requirements

1. Technical Skills

• Good understanding of digital marketing principles, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
• Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media analytics platforms
• Familiarity with website content management systems such as WordPress.
• Basic design skills with proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for documentation, and presentations.

2. Personal Attributes

• Dedicated, self-oriented, and results-driven, with a strong commitment to achieving successful event outcomes.
• High attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.

3. Communication Skills

• Strong communication abilities to effectively coordinate with stakeholders, clients, and team members.

4. Independence

• Ability to work independently, managing tasks and challenges without constant supervision.

5. Flexibility

• Willingness to work outside regular office hours when required to meet event deadlines and handle on-site responsibilities.

Location: Mega at Woodlands

Working hours: 9am – 6pm (Monday – Friday, may be required to work beyond normal hours)

• Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
• Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them
• Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
• Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
• Communicating with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals
• Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
• Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change
