• Operate a Help Desk to manage all issues relating to facilities feedback, service requests, and any other issues.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the monthly and year-end closing for Singapore entity including:
• Upload Surf files as per closing deadline, clear blocking checks, submit webforms (if necessary)
• Download intercompany extract to ensure intercompany discrepancies are cleared before final Surf deadline.
• Preparing payment request: ensure there is a complete information for payment processing (i.e. SSI, bank statement, approved invoices), submit the payment requests in orderly manner, manage payment deadlines.
• Assist in providing audit supporting documents, tax computation details and information.
• Reconcile event/sponsor P&Ls.
• Quarterly GST computation.
• Provide bi-weekly/monthly reports and accounts information to Michelin Treasury Team (Rolling cash forecast, FX hedging).
• Ad-hoc task as required

Job Requirements:

• Degree/diploma in Accounting/Finance or CPA or ACCA/CIMA/CA graduate
• Min 1 years of relevant experience in financial & management accounting
• Fast learner, self-starter and able to work independently.

The Café Assistant/Barista is responsible for taking customers’ orders in a café setting, answering questions on meal items, making recommendations on meal bundles, serving food/beverages to customers, maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the premises and performing cashiering duties.

At times, the personnel may also be required to prepare food. He/She will also be required to assist in ad-hoc duties as needed. should have a pleasant personality, able to work under pressure and maintain an adequate energy level.

Applicants with barista training and experience are preferred, but it isn't an essentialy requirement as training can be provided.

The personnel also takes responsibility for FoH operations, prepares a variety of coffee-based beverages and teas according to their organisation’s unique recipes and procedures, and serves the drinks, along with pastries and cookies. He/she will also recommend drinks to new customers, promote new recipes, keep the serving area neat and clean, keep equipment and services fully operational by following operating instructions, troubleshoot breakdowns, and maintain inventories by replenishing coffee bean/tea bag supplies, pastries and cookies for coffee bar.

To provide customers with a positive experience, he/she should possess a friendly disposition, good communication skills and be able to work in a team. He/she is expected to work on a shift pattern to cover early mornings and late evenings.

As this role requires the preparation and/or handling of food and drinks, applicants will be sent for a food handling course if they do not possess a valid certificate.
