Responsibilities:

• Provide full admin support to the team and department.
• Perform data-entry, documentation, printing and filling duties.M
• aintain a proper and user friendly filling and document control system for recording and tracking of all documents.
• Support the officers in daily admin roles and to keep stock of stationary supplies for the department.
• Put up purchase requests for all approved purchases for the necessary approvals and verify invoices for the raised purchases upon delivery of goods and services.
• Create and maintain useful databases for the department.
• Perform some research duties as and when required by the team.
• Assist to maintain a proper attendance and tracking report for the Dept.
• Assist on any ad-hoc tasks as required by the dept.
• Administer and ensure that the financial administration.
• Keeping record of all transaction at all times and be prepared to provide summary to the HQ Accounts Department.

Requirements:

• Min GCE 'O' Level
• 1 year experience is property management preferred
• Able to start work on short notice

Our Client is a leading player in building management industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Project Engineer to be part of their Project Management team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the East - easily accessible.

Roles and Responsibilities of Project Engineer:

• Coordinate client, consultant, and subcontractor meetings to ensure compliance with A&A project requirements.
• Interpret drawings, identify discrepancies, and devise solutions.
• Plan, schedule, monitor, control, and coordinate A&A works for timely completion.
• Lead a team to ensure accurate and timely execution aligned with client specifications.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, track progress, and provide regular updates.
• Handle multiple minor projects concurrently.
• Plan, schedule, control, and coordinate building services-related works, including preventive, breakdown, and A&A works.
• Lead a team for accurate and timely on-site execution.
• Liaise with clients, Managing Agent, and subcontractors to adhere to requirements.
• Monitor and report project progress promptly.
• Possess strong knowledge and experience in various building-related works such as civil engineering, structural, architectural, building repair, carpentry, partition, A&A, renovation, and plumbing.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in any Engineering discipline
• Min 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in construction industry is a bonus
