• Immediate handling of incoming vessel purchase orders
• Send orders to appropriate suppliers for quotes.
• Price negotiations and order follow-up with suppliers
• Evaluate incoming quotations and confirm supplier selection following Superintendent/Technical Manager or higher authority permission.
• To work closely with the warehouse and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Send instructions to the supplier.
• Keep the vessels and Vessel Managers informed of any delivery.
• Contact with the port agents of the vessel
• Clearance through customs
• Based on the practical arrangements made by the Vessel Manager, make the necessary official bookings for service and repairs.
• Maintain and update the supplier's database across many platforms.

Requirements for the Position:

• A self-motivated worker with at least three years of experience in the marine industry is required.

Job Duties:

1. Program Management:

• Act as Programme Exe for company-wide training programs, managing all the end-to-end activities relating to the effective and efficient delivery of the programs including the following:Maintaining registration and training records in the Learning Management System
  Learners communications (pre and post program) and publicity (e.g. eDMs)
