-Placement of time deposit, and

-Renew of business registration with ACRA before expiry date.

5. Support Head Office accounting request as and when.

6. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement:

• Degree / Diploma in Accountancy, ACCA or equivalent.

• To have basic knowledge on Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and GST.

Your Team:

You’ll be working in the Global Futures Dealing team based in Singapore. We are responsible for providing client trading and execution services, macroeconomic and product centric market information, general account assistance, support and management.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with the product development life cycle for each new opportunity, implementing projects and initiatives assigned to the group

- Coordinate with internal and external partners for a successful launch

- Provide post launch support

- Assist with the design and implementation of system and business initiatives

- Identify and drive process improvements and system enhancements

- Maintains and enhances process and systems documentation. Identify and drive process improvements and system enhancements

- Generate product awareness among users

- Serve as product expert in both internal and external meetings

- Understand and document client’s challenges and issues, and resolution plans

- Partners with our internal teams to meet client requirements and periodic reviews

Job Requirement:

- Bachelor’s degree

- 0 - 2 years of experience in a similar capacity or capital markets and strong knowledge and understanding of financial products

- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Excel

- Effective written and verbal communication skill at all organizational levels

- Able to work with tight deadlines and under pressure

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform daily operational activities which includes attending to customers' enquiries, needs and complaints
• Perform preventive and breakdown technical support and maintenance for mechanical/electrical services, plumbing & sanitary services, Aircon servicing and maintenance, ACMV systems, chillers, and electrical control
• Handling works at Grade A Commercial Buildings

Requirements

• Nitec in Mechanical / Electrical or related field
• Candidates with 2 years or more related experience in Facilities Management will be an added advantage
• No experience is welcome to apply (on Job Training)
• Positive attitude, good interpersonal and customer-centric skills
• Shift Work required (3 shifts: Morning, Afternoon and Night)
• Night shift allowance provided
• Work Location: CBD

• Interprets specifications, drawings, plans and checks all steelwork shop drawings done by the structural detailer if in accordance to client’s construction drawing prior to submission

• Organises and directs the delivery of construction materials and establishing detailed programs and schedule of site activities

• Checks the construction drawings if feasible for erection on site and work closely with the structural detailer for any proposal if needed

• Records and monitors design changes and assess their cost impact for the project’s contract sum and coordinate with the Contract Department

• Liaises with the client’s Technical Manager for all engineering and technical matters focusing structural discipline

• Responsible for coordinating with the Project Site Engineer for any site related technical issues

• Monitors the fabrication progress and coordinate closely to Production Department to meet the required schedule and report it to the client
