• Must have at least two years of working experience; experience in Banking/Financial Services (e.g., asset management, family office, variable capital company) will be an additional advantage.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy, ability to work in a team-oriented environment, and a high degree of self-reliance and self-motivation when working independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin (to handle queries and feedback from Mandarin-speaking counterparts regarding asset management matters).

As a Creative Manager (Events Management), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Leading the creative direction for clients’ events and execution.
• Develop original ideas and creative concepts.
• Overseeing the development and execution of conference events, ensuring they are innovative and aligned with industry trend.
• Translating client briefs into compelling creative strategies and actionable concepts.
• Work closely with project management team to brainstorm, refine and execute creative concepts.
• Present creative concepts and proposals to clients.
• Building strong relationships with clients, ensuring that creative solutions align with their vision and objections.
• Accountable for the team performance in terms of revenue generation and financial success of creative projects.
• Support new business efforts by contributing to pitches, proposals and creative solutions that win new clients.

Requirements:

• Possess a minimum of Diploma in related fields with 3 years of relevant experience.
