Responsibilities:

• Communicating with upper management to develop strategic program and to exert strategic influence to align project’s with business’s goals.
• Define project scope, objectives, project budget, schedule and technical requirements from strategic plans.
• Responsible for the smooth running of projects by tracking progress and updating management on status, budgets, irregularities and risks timely.

The candidate will be responsible for the management and maintenance of M&E facilities in a Grade A commercial building. You will oversee functions and activities of day-to-day M&E systems and suggest improvement maintenance plans, you will also be involved in developing, implementing, reviewing and maintaining the maintenance regime and process review. • Interprets specifications, drawings, plans and checks all steelwork shop drawings done by the structural detailer if in accordance to client’s construction drawing prior to submission

• Organises and directs the delivery of construction materials and establishing detailed programs and schedule of site activities

• Checks the construction drawings if feasible for erection on site and work closely with the structural detailer for any proposal if needed

• Records and monitors design changes and assess their cost impact for the project’s contract sum and coordinate with the Contract Department

• Liaises with the client’s Technical Manager for all engineering and technical matters focusing structural discipline

• Responsible for coordinating with the Project Site Engineer for any site related technical issues

• Monitors the fabrication progress and coordinate closely to Production Department to meet the required schedule and report it to the client
