The EICA Engineer shall be in the discipline of Electrical, Instrumentation & Control in delivery of large scale power generation project. The Engineer shall have at least 10 years of relevant engineering experience in delivery of large scale industrial/ utilities projects (e.g. waste, water, oil & gas, power) or relevant experience in delivering large solid waste management projects (e.g. WTE, sludge incineration, materials recovery and food waste treatment).

• Liaise with Clinical Consultants, Psychologists, Psychiatrists for consultation sessions where required.

• Manage and oversee the Individual Care Plan for all residents.

• Responsible for the Clinical Intervention components in the Home (include counselling, therapy and care services).

• Work closely with Programme Department and relevant stakeholders to analyse the needs of the residents and to ensure the effective execution of the programme in accordance to the resident’s needs.

• Supervise Trauma Informed Positive Behaviour Interventions and Supports (TIP-BIS) and SDM-PFS implementation in the Home.

• Establish and carry out proper training programs for staff in respect of laws, regulations and policies.

• Carry out any other tasks assigned by the Head of the Home, Deputy Head and higher management.

3. Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Counselling or Psychology

• 2 years of experience in case management of residents

• Has supervisory management skills and knowledge

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

• Ability to work with all age groups

Job Description

1. Data administration covering customer and market data, and trade booking.
2. Participate in cross-functional business process re-engineering teams and continuous improvement efforts.
3. Manage trade lifecycle across equities, fixed income, FX, derivatives, funds etc.
4. Investigate and escalate any discrepancies outside of given tolerances for portfolios.
5. Provide support on other administrative matters / back-up duties as needed.
6. Support Relationship Managers (RMs) to provide excellent service to high net-worth clients, in particular from Chinese speaking regions.
7. Partner client, business support and service providers to ensure delivery of clients' requirements including working on weekends (if required).

Requirements:

• Degree, preferably in Banking or Finance
• Fresh graduates to maximum 2-year experience
• High-stress resistance and multitasking ability
• Able to use data tools such as Phyton
