To execute tasks and assigned functions as delegated by the Managing Director

Identify and pursue chartering opportunities in the tonnage market in the global for dry bulk vessels.

Negotiate and secure long-term charter contracts with reputable clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.

Monitor market trends and assess charter rates to make informed decisions on chartering strategies.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders in the shipping industry.

Collaborate with the operations and commercial teams to optimize vessel utilization and ensure smooth chartering operations.

Analyze market conditions, including supply and demand dynamics, vessel availability, and freight rates, to make data-driven decisions.

Manage H&M (Hull and Machinery), PNI (Protection and Indemnity), FD&D (Freight Demurrage & Defence) and other insurance covers for company’s fleet; Ensure all claims are filed with relevant insurers in a timely manner; Coordinate with relevant insurers to process various marine claims (hull, cargo, crew & related P&I claims);

Provide market intelligence and contribute to the development of chartering strategies and business plans.

Conduct regular performance evaluations of chartered vessels, review voyage economics, and identify areas for improvement.

Manage contracts and ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and operational requirements.

Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and best practices related to dry bulk chartering.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as operations, bunkering, marine accounting, and legal to support chartering activities effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS

Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience as a Chartering Manager in the dry bulk shipping industry in the global region, preferably having had a specific focus on tonnage.

Strong understanding of the dry bulk shipping market, including vessel types, cargo types, and trade routes.

Demonstrated ability to negotiate and secure long-term charter contracts with a track record of successful outcomes.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and make informed decisions.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Strong commercial acumen and a results-oriented mindset.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities.

Proficient in using shipping software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.

Fluent skills in English and other languages such as Mandarin to liaise with our niche clients in China.

Summary:

The Technical Superintendent is responsible for technical operations of the assigned oil tankers.

Reports to: Vessel Manager / Technical Manager

Responsibilities:

· Ensure that the vessels achieve the required technical standards and performance.

· Ensure that the vessels’ certificates and documents are systematically updated and stored.

· Effective implementation of the Company’s planned maintenance system.

· Prepare, arrange and manage class, statutory and other vessel surveys.

· Prepare, manage and monitor dry-dockings and other required repairs and maintenance jobs.

· Review and promote vessels’ crew performance.

· Prepare and manage vessels’ technical budget.

· Any other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

· Tanker seagoing experience as a Chief Engineer or Second Engineer (at least COC Class 1 or 2), or at least 2 years of experience as technical superintendent for oil tankers and bunker tankers.

· Strong sense of integrity and professionalism.

· Excellent leadership, teamwork, management and communication skills.

· Able to speak and write effectively in English.

We seek an experienced Corporate Secretarial and Admin Executive to play a pivotal role in maintaining our organization’s integrity, compliance, and operational excellence. Reporting to the Executive Director, you will be a trusted partner to our leadership team, ensuring that all corporate and statutory requirements are met with precision and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in corporate secretarial matters, ensuring compliance with the Companies Act and statutory requirements.
• Prepare and maintain corporate secretarial documentation, including resolutions and minutes of meetings.
• Support the incorporation of new entities, with a basic understanding of structures such as holding companies and BVI entities.
• Coordinate Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and other statutory meetings, ensuring compliance with relevant requirements.
• Maintain and update statutory registers, and ensure timely submission of returns to ACRA.
• Safeguard and manage the proper use of the company seal and stamp.
• Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and documentation flow.
• Monitor emails for the CEO/Executive Director and prepare communications on their behalf as needed.
• Coordinate virtual meetings and manage schedules using tools like WebEx.
• Provide light paralegal support, including assistance with trademark filings and other administrative tasks related to intellectual property.
• Perform other ad-hoc administrative and secretarial duties as assigned.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field; Diploma holders with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
• Certification through the Chartered Governance Qualifying Programme (CGQP) is mandatory.
• 2-3 years of experience in a corporate secretarial or administrative role.
• Familiarity with governance, compliance, and statutory requirements.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with strong time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with virtual meeting platforms like WebEx.
• Integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information.
• Proactive and resourceful, with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Availability to start work within a short timeframe is preferred.
• Comfortable working full onsite, demonstrating adaptability and commitment to an office-based environment.

Responsibilities:

1. To supervise and manage the functions of Repacking/Containment/ICW operations and Maintenance.
2. To monitor the safe process flow and backlog level of TIW waste.
3. Ensure all staff are well trained according to OJT programme and following the safe work procedures and SOPs.
4. To ensure the effectiveness and smoothness of coordination with operation and sales team and customer service maintaining high quality of services.
5. To monitor the outgoing containment purchase budget and encourage the recycling of used containment to save cost.
6. Daily and regular inspection of the operation processes and monitor the plant 5S and TPM activities, safety and discipline at works, machineries and equipment conditions.
7. Work with Lab chemists to evaluate and develop new treatment methods and handing procedures for new and unknown wastes, and review of operation costs and regular update to management.

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
• At least 2 year relevant experience

Remuneration:

• Basic salary: $3,400 – $3,800
• Company Transport / Transport Allowance $120 if candidate possess own transport
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm
