Responsibilities:

• Manage IT infrastructure, including enterprise applications, end-user support, and network services, ensuring system performance and stability.
• Provide technical support for hardware and software issues across a variety of devices, including laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.

Main Responsibilities & Tasks

-Overall In-charge of Recruitment, retention of Seafarers and management of all manning offices and manning Agencies.

-Close overview of the Myanmar Manning Operations including providing Leadership to the team there.

-Ensuring Budgets for each Vessel / Owner are prepared and maintained.

-Developing a strategy for crewing w.r.t Upcoming changes in manning requirements as per the trade.

-Administration of Officer and crew appointments system.

-Developing a personnel policy and employment conditions designed to recruit, motivate, train and retain first class quality seagoing staff of the calibre necessary to accomplish Company objectives.

-Monitoring performance of manning agents.

-Expanding 3rd party Crew Management and bringing in new clients.

Minimum Competence, Knowledge and Experience

-5years working experiences at the Crewing department or related Marine Shore Experience.

-A Diploma Holder or higher.

-Good written and spoken English.

-Basic Computer Knowledge.

-Supervise and coordinate the activities of site contractors ;

· Monitor job progress and ensure that civil and structural contracted works meet all practical, and commercial, requirements of productivity, quality ,and contract target completions;

· Ensure all design work conforms to the codes and standards used by the client, or to agreed industry standards.

· Implement and oversee site projects assigned to ensure smooth project execution

· Manage internal and external contractors well to ensure the quality of work and scope of work is within specifications.

· Responsible for all inspection activities being carried out.

· Assist in planning, scheduling, and technical support to PM and/or resident engineer/technical officer.
