We are looking for an organized shipping coordinator to be responsible for contacting couriers to provide them with shipping information. The shipping coordinator is also responsible for negotiating courier fees on behalf of clients and tracking shipments.

To be successful as a shipping coordinator, you must have excellent attention to detail. A great shipping coordinator can successfully multitask on a daily basis.

Job Description :

○ Create of job orders and process customers order

○ Coordinate air/sea freight shipment and Transport arrangement

○ Assist our clients and resolve any issues that may occur

○ Handle & prepare Import and Export documentation

○ Process and apply permit declaration

○ Prepare Billing documents for customer

○ General operations duties that may also involve in warehousing

○ Check and negotiate rates with carriers, transporter, etc. and provide quote to customer

○ Undertake any other assignments, which the management may request from time to time

Job requirement :

- Min Diploma in Logistics or any other relevant field.

- 1 - 3 years of experience, preferable in Shipping, Fowarding or Logistic industries

- Customer service oriented and able to work independently

- Proven knowledge of import and export procedures; experience in Tradnet permit application would be advantage

- Willing to work long hours if needed and able to work under pressure in a fast moving environment

- Good communication and interpersonal skill both written and spoken English

- Proficient in PC applications particularly in Microsoft excel and words
