Job Duties & Responsibilities

· Assist in loading & unloading goods

· Inspecting & documenting incoming and outgoing shipments

· Receiving & signing for deliveries

· Inspecting deliveries to ensure they match order & invoice criteria

· Properly accounting for incoming goods & their location in the warehouse

· Counting & verifying quantities with packing list

· Updating inventory with incoming/outgoing goods

· Ensuring that there are no damaged items sent or received

· Maintain records of all transactions & discrepancies

· To highlight to supervisor any problems encountered in the course of their duties

Main Job duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct daily data entry
• Answer & directs phone calls
• Respond to email and WhatsApp inquiries

Duties And Responsibilities

• Able to carry out welding. Good welding skills on SMAW/TIG/MIG processes will be added advantage.
• Able to weld accurately and quickly and must be able to interpret.
• Operate and inspect completed work to determine success.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area on a daily basis
  Conduct daily machine and tool preventive maintenance.
• Perform scheduled maintenance on the equipment including forklift and excavator.
• Assist the welding Lead-hand to complete the work scope within the time frame given and perform self-inspection on finished workpiece.
• Demonstrates efficient job planning and time scheduling.
• Must execute all tasks with all prescribed safety equipment in place and person using applicable OSHA rules for themselves and the mechanical technicians.
• Any other tasks as and when assigned by manager/management.
• Ensure all incoming goods are received correctly and in good condition.
• Conduct weekly and monthly stock take and prepare inventory reports.
• Ensure store operations run smoothly and maintain housekeeping
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned·
  
  Requirements
• At least 4-5 years of relevant working experience in warehouse management other project management.
• Independent and fast learner with a positive attitude.
• Possessing a forklift license, Workplace Safety & Health in metalwork, construction sites, shipyard safety instruction course for workers' general trade, hot work trade will be an advantage.
• Experience in welding

Responsibilities:

1. Manage trucking activities to fulfil customers’ delivery requirement
2. Monitor truck and delivery status to optimize resources
3. Provide real-time updated on job progress into system
4. Responsible to ensure that customer deliveries and requirements are fulfilled
5. Deploy Prime Mover Drivers to perform trucking activities
6. Ensure all prime mover drivers are aware of specific customer requirements
7. Process drivers’ incentive payment
8. Conduct toolbox meeting

Requirements:

1. Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
2. At least 1 year of relevant experience
3. Able to give command to the drivers
4. Singaporean preferred.
