Responsibilities:

· Coordinate and handling of daily Reefer Operations inside PSA Terminal

· Liaise with internal & external customers to ensure repair job carry out timely and efficiently

· Conduct warranty check and QA check on job done by technical team to ensure proper billing to customer

· Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor / Manager

Requirements:

· Min. GCE “O” / Nitec in Engineering or equivalent

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and Email

· Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to interact with people of all levels

· Willing to work on rotation shift including Sunday & Public Holiday

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate regional projects of International Freight Forwarding (IFF) including implementation, new product launch and development campaign.
• Ensure timely execution of monthly production processing for your assigned locations.
• Execute stringent pre/post month-end checks to continuously improve data quality.
• Improving processes by recommending operational changes.
• Maintain a high standard of data integrity.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis and Procedures to continuously improve import/ export activities to deliver better results in customers satisfaction and expectation as well as company bottom lines.
• Perform/ prepare a diverse range of business analysis tasks aimed at driving business growth for IFF business in SEA.
• Provide support regarding management data, processes and systems to business partners, Operations, SEA countries and HQ.
• Provide support in administrative matters and ad-hoc tasks assigned by HOD from time to time.
• Simplify and enhance the current processes to improve efficiency, reduce manual work and decrease risks.
• Support Business Controller and Regional Director on any tasks or projects handling requirements.
• Work closely with cross departments to understand their data needs and devise relevant solutions.
• Work closely with IT to ensure any issues are prioritised and any impact to data is minimised.

Requirements

• Minimum diploma in logistics or supply chain management
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in similar industry
• Possess Team Management Experience is an added advantage
• Proficiency in preparing, analysing budgets/ forecast/ actual financial and non-financial reports
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Power Point)
• Affinity to excel under pressure and possess a positive can-do attitude
