· Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parities to ensure smooth and timely execution of shipments.
· Handling of customers’ enquiries and/or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
· Control, update and maintain records for all stocks inventory and the movement of inbound/outbound cargos
· Assist to conduct cycle count and stock check in order to ensure 100% accuracy
· Ensure efficient use of warehouse space, manpower and equipment
· Ensure good house-keeping and cleanliness within the warehouse
· Supervise and review the operations activities and ensure compliance with SOP and customers’ requirement
· Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
· Investigation of incidents and accidents and reports submission

Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma with 1 years of relevant experience in a forwarding/shipping company with warehouse experience .
· Able to work under stress and independently in a fast paced environment
· Good communication skills
