Job description:
We are looking to fill in the role of an Administrative Assistant for Sales & Logistics. The successful applicant's primary responsibility is to provide a support role in the company's sales and logistics operations. The successful applicant will be working at our Singapore office hub and have the following responsibilities:
- Process customer purchase orders (POs), generate sales invoices and monitor delivery orders
- Generate report and maintain record of sales and inventory on a regular basis
- Process incoming & outgoing shipments and orders
- Manage and organize shipping documents
- Inventory management, generating of orders, D/Os, Invoices, etc.
- Data entry into inhouse ERP and CRM system (training will be provided)
- Liaising with customers and vendors on incoming and outgoing shipments
- Communicate with various stakeholders and customers to ensure job is properly explained and flow through
- Provide support for sales operations and general office administrative tasks.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assignd from time to time
Qualifications Required
1. Minimum 2 years related working experience in sales order processing and or logistics / shipping of building construction materials.
2. Demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with customers and business operations enablers.
3. This role requires communicating with business enablers and customers from Germany and across Asia Pacific, for this reason, the candidate must have have a very good command of the English language.
4. Working experience of Microsoft Office Applications.
