Job Summary: Operations Executive
Are you passionate about revolutionizing the production landscape in the healthcare industry? We are seeking a dynamic Executive who will play a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring the highest quality standards for the medical products. As a technical guide in the manufacturing facilities, you'll have the opportunity to drive innovation, develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and make impactful technical adjustments to optimize production processes.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Materials Management Expertise:
- Provide technical advice on optimal materials management SOPs to boost efficiency and minimize loss.
- Advise on industry best practices for environmentally responsible disposal.
2) Equipment and Facility Maintenance:
- Approve production lines post-clearance and cleaning.
- Investigate abnormalities in collaboration with the Quality department.
3) Pharmaceutical and Nutritional Product Production:
- Develop SOPs for equipment calibration in collaboration with Quality and Validation departments.
- Identify technical adjustments to enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage troubleshooting of equipment defects, faults, and breakdowns.
4) Production Workflows Improvement:
- Produce technical solutions to address constraints, inefficiencies, or deviations in production processes.
- Assess the technical feasibility of enhancing production workflows, equipment, and systems.
- Verify correct installation and programming of new and improved manufacturing equipment and systems.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Pharmaceutical Sciences , Manufactory equivalent certifications.
- 1-3 years of relevant working experience.
- Working knowledge of GMP or GDP in the healthcare industry.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications / Microsoft Power Platform Applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
