Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Utilize social media platforms and other channels to proactively generate recruitment leads, identifying potential candidates who align with our organizational needs.
- Candidate Interviews: Conduct comprehensive interviews with shortlisted candidates, assessing their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit within our organization.
- Document Management: Organize and collate all necessary documents and records required for identified candidates, ensuring a streamlined and efficient onboarding process.
- Recruitment Activities: Coordinate and actively participate in recruitment activities such as career fairs, roadshows, and networking events to attract top talent to our organization.
- Team Support: Assist the recruitment team in sourcing and onboarding candidates for assigned positions, contributing to the overall success of the department.
- Technological Innovation: Explore and evaluate the relevance of HR-related technological or analytical tools to gain insights into talent attraction and engagement processes. Propose innovative solutions to enhance the candidate experience.
- Ad-Hoc Tasks: Be flexible and responsive to handle any ad-hoc tasks and assignments that contribute to the overall effectiveness of the recruitment process.
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum educational attainment of Nitec or Diploma, accompanied by some pertinent experience in the field of recruitment.
- Strong customer service orientation, driven, and proficient in administrative tasks.
- Outgoing personality coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated independence and adaptability in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Enthusiastic about exploring the intersection of technology and HR, showcasing analytical prowess, a mindset for process improvement, and the capacity to influence through data-driven recommendations.
- Strong organizational abilities with acute attention to detail.
