• Minimum Diploma/Degree in a relevant field.
• Proven track record in "business-to-business" sales, with at least 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the transportation, logistics, or warehousing industry.
• Competent in planning and implementing sales strategies.
• Demonstrated negotiation skills and the ability to close business wins.
• Success in developing sales plans and analysing the profitability of prospects, coupled with analytical and numeracy skills to review operational and financial data.

Key Responsibilities

• To assist the Business Development team as their Sales Support
• To work closely with new prospects and customers on airfreight, seafreight, cross-border trucking and 3rd part freight enquires
• To source rates with Airlines & Overseas Agents and overseas local handling charges
• To handle daily shipping co-ordination of Air/ Sea/ Cross Border Land/ 3rd party shipments
• To liaise with various parties when handling shipments (e.g: Export/ Import Dept)
• To handle daily billing advice, recoveries paperwork and circulation of forms

- Handle daily operations documentations like import and export permit, air waybills and bill of lading.

- Coordinate shipments and liaise with carriers.

- Prepare shipping documentation and ensure compliance.

- Monitor shipment progress and provide updates.

- Optimize processes for efficiency and cost reduction.

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues.

- Collaborate with other departments for smooth operations.

Requirements:
