Responsibilities:
- Ensure company business processes comply with all applicable International Trade Compliance laws and regulations.
- Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders and customs brokers to facilitate and track delivery, troubleshooting and communication of delivery status to the customers, Logistics Manager, Customer Service groups, and 3PL providers.
- Safeguard providing permitted documents required for realization of import and export deliveries in conformity with the contracts of the division.
- Oversee warehouse and transportation performance (on-time delivery, quality, lead time), and resolve performance issues.
- Review transportation costs to keep working costs low.
- Central contact for timely submission and application of controlled goods shipments report to government agencies, as and when necessary.
- Ensure Harmonized HS code in logistics and documentation.

Requirements:

- Diploma/Degree from Supply Chain Management or related disciplines.
- 3 years to 5 years relevant working experience in a fast paced environment.
- Good knowledge cost accounting principle - like monitor the transport cost
- A team player.
- Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems including Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse.

- Strong English

The Role

• Perform warehousing and logistics functions such as receiving, putting away of goods, picking, and marshaling
• Perform housekeeping tasks
• Conduct physical counts to ensure the accuracy
• Practice safe work procedures and identify potential hazard
• Handle stocks & equipment with care
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

About You

• Experienced in warehouse and logistics will be an advantage
• Comfortable working in Cold Room Environment (0°Cto 0°C)
• Ability to work 5 days per week, including weekends

Job Responsibilities:

- Receive Invoices: Invoices should be received each morning and organized according to delivery routes. Subsequently, verify and load goods at the warehouse.

- Driving Responsibilities: Drive responsibly and adhere to all traffic laws and regulations. Drivers shall be held accountable for any traffic violations, accident claims, or required vehicle repairs.

- Order Collection: Collect orders from customers and promptly inform the office to initiate the processing of these orders.

- Payment Collection: Collect payments from customers, verify the amounts, and return the funds to the office. If the provided invoice or statement of account for payment collection is current, confirm the payment status with the office Accounts department prior to contacting customers.

- Return of Excess Stock: Return any excess stock to the warehouse at the end of the day.

- Vehicle Maintenance: Always maintain a clean and orderly condition of the vehicle.

- Reporting Feedback: Document and report any customer feedback and relevant market information.

- Vehicle Cleaning: Ensure vehicles are washed regularly and complete the necessary ISO form.

- Scheduled Maintenance: Schedule and conduct periodic maintenance and inspection of the vehicle.

Job Requirements:

- Physical Capability: Must be physically capable of lifting weights of up to 25 kg.

- Communication Skills: Proficient in communicating with customers who speak Mandarin or Chinese dialects.

- Possession of a valid Class 3 driver’s license with no demerit points.

- Competent in using and navigating mobile applications effectively.

During Probation

- Tuesday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

- Saturday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

- Sunday and Monday: Rest Days

After Probation

Jobs Scope:

• Program Management: Understand the program in-depth, connect various business units, and identify new business opportunities.
• Customer Engagement: Conduct regular customer meetings, including weekly scorecard and quality discussions, monthly safety sessions, continuous improvement (CIP) sessions, project updates, KPI reviews, and strategic business reviews.
• Project Leadership: Lead or participate in CIP and ad hoc projects focusing on safety improvements, automation, process optimization, quality enhancements, productivity gains, data analytics, data visualization, storage models, freight consolidation, cross-border trucking, and network planning.
• Project Planning: Oversee the planning and execution of projects with timelines ranging from 6 months to 10 years.
• Representation: Act as the main representative in customer engagements and project-related meetings.
• Team Leadership: Lead staff training and career development initiatives.
• Multi-Project Management: Manage multiple CIP and ad hoc projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion.

Requirement:

• Degree in related field
• Relevant experience in contract logistics especially semiconductor accounts; internal candidates with relavant semiconductor warehousing experience is welcomed
• Possess valid PMP certification is an added advantage
