Job Description

- Ensure safe and efficient day to day operation of vessel

- Motivating the crew in the observation of those policies

- Monitoring and reviewing the Safety Management System, including conducting familiarization and training of deck personnel.

- Preparing the annual Master’s review of the Safety Management System

- Maintaining the seaworthiness of the Company

Requirements

- COC Class I or COC Class II

- Must have Port Limit Tanker Master and Pilotage Exemption Certificate (PELV)

- Minimum 3 years of experience on Bunker Tanker (Singapore)

- Good leadership, teamwork, management and communication skills

- Must be willing to follow Company planned working schedule on board vessel

Job Info:

• Salary: Basic from $2700 - $2900 + AWS + VB
• Working Hour: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm); Saturday (8.30am - 12.30pm)
• Location: Pioneer

Job Scope:

• Coordinating and resolve shipment issues
• To communicate efficiently with customers, shipping lines, transport team, trucking partners and overseas offices in order to ensure smooth pickup/ delivery of the shipments
• Ensure customer requirements are meet, customers are up-to-date on their orders and documentation is accurate and precise.
• To ensure related charges are billed and collected timely from the consignee or its agent
• Ensure all transactions are handled in an accurate, complete and timely manner
• To effectively follow up with airlines/oversea offices on any short-landed, damaged or discrepancy cargo
• Answering to customer's inquiries and handling customer's complaints.
• Preparing of payment vouchers, verifications of vendor costings, closing of all shipment files and filling of documents.
• Any other task assigned by the superior

Prime mover driver. To tow containers to / from port to all over Singapore. Tow containers to / from yards to customers. Usually no late hours. Experience is prefeered with PSA safety licence.

Job description:

1. Perform warehouse duty of Receiving, checking, retrieving, loading & unloading, repacking and palletizing for both import and export cargo.

2. Ensure proper cargo checking upon receipt and report any irregularity observed to supervisor.

3. Execute daily inbound, inventory management, and outbound operation tasks as per customer's SOP

4. Email communication with customers on service tasks and task status

5. Perform any other duties as directed by supervisor from time to time

Job requirements:

1 Minimum secondary education

2. Possess a valid Forklift License

3. At least 2 years of relevant experience

4. Basic Warehouse Management System (WMS) knowledge
