The Job
• Purchase order processing for various agencies
• Goods receipt and matching of DO with invoices
• Consolidate and process order for stationery for the company, price comparison and price negotiation
• Inventory Maintenance, ie. Parts no creation, stocks adjustment
• Claims from suppliers
• Prepare monthly reports for various HOD
• Update the new prices twice yearly
Requirement
• Minimum GCE "O" Level
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
• Knowledge of inventory control and logistics documentation
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
