• Billing charges entered for each shipment and job file closing
• Handle customer’s enquiries or emails promptly
• Co-ordinate with export operations to ensure accuracy in documentation and invoicing
• Ensure compliance with customer’s standard operating procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management industry or related discipline
• At least 1 years working experience in Air Freight
• Meticulous, highly organised and positive attitude
• Good analytical and communication skills
