• Ensure all required documents, including port passes, Portnet/JP online customs permits, and CIPL, are prepared for inbound and outbound operations.
• Notify customers promptly of any delays, damages, or shortages.
• Follow up on reporting of delays or damages to maintain transparency.
• Address and resolve issues, manage customer complaints, and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Update stowage plans for warehouses and assist with quarterly and monthly audits.
• Maintain and update inventory records in the system and for customers.
• Provide timely updates on weight lists, tally sheets, inventory records, and other required reports.
• Coordinate daily movements with the operations team.
• Liaise with customers to identify operational issues and propose solutions.
• Support the tracking of operational and customer-requested activities for month-end invoicing.

Requirements:

• Demonstrates a positive work ethic, self-motivation, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in cost analysis, budgeting, or financial management.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Mon-Fri), 8:30am – 12:30pm (Sat)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and organize WSH meetings, conduct sites inspection, audit and follow up on actions.
• Provide Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) support to the Project Team, to plan, implement and maintain effective EHS management system and plans.
• Conduct team/ individual WSHE inspections and produce relevant reports and follow-ups
• Enforcement of safety standards in accordance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act
• Ensure legal compliance as per statutory requirements.
• Conduct regular WSH inspections on general safety practices and audit to ensure that staff and/or subcontractors onsite abide by policies and standards
• Preparation and/or submission of safety reports and necessary audits
• Assist the company in safety related certifications and awareness such as safety audits, meetings, and executive of safety programmes
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Registered WSH Officer/Safety Officer with MOM
• At least 1 years of relevant experience in WSH for logistics industry will be added bonus.
