Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm; Saturday, 8 am – 12 pm (Alternate Saturdays)
Salary Package: Up to $3,500 + Company Transport/Transport Allowance + AWS + Quarterly Incentives + Performance Bonus + Joining Bonus

Key Responsibilities
Schedule daily collection and delivery tasks.
Address and resolve daily issues related to collection and delivery.
Calculate and tabulate trip allowances for staff.
Conduct weekly toolbox meetings and training sessions to enhance team skills.
Perform cross-training among team members to ensure versatile capabilities.
Oversee and ensure the maintenance of all vehicles to keep them in optimal condition.
Manage and submit registrations for Safety Induction Courses and other relevant training.
Monitor and improve team performance and discipline.
Collaborate closely with the Customer Service and Operations teams to streamline processes.
Maintain a positive attitude towards problem-solving.
Serve as a backup for other fleet supervisors during their absence.
Coordinate ad-hoc emergency responses as needed.
Prepare incident reports and lead investigations to determine root causes and develop corrective and preventive plans.
Adhere to and assist in the drafting of Standard Operating Procedures and Risk Assessments.
Comply with all company policies and safety rules.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Materials Management Expertise:

Advise on industry best practices for environmentally responsible disposal.
2) Equipment and Facility Maintenance:
Approve production lines post-clearance and cleaning.
Investigate abnormalities in collaboration with the Quality department.
3) Pharmaceutical and Nutritional Product Production:
Develop SOPs for equipment calibration in collaboration with Quality and Validation departments.
Identify technical adjustments to enhance operational efficiency.
Manage troubleshooting of equipment defects, faults, and breakdowns.
4) Production Workflows Improvement:
Produce technical solutions to address constraints, inefficiencies, or deviations in production processes.
Assess the technical feasibility of enhancing production workflows, equipment, and systems.
Verify correct installation and programming of new and improved manufacturing equipment and systems.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Pharmaceutical Sciences , Manufactory equivalent certifications.
1-3 years of relevant working experience.
Working knowledge of GMP or GDP in the healthcare industry.
Proficient in MS Office Applications / Microsoft Power Platform Applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nitec and above.
Minimum 1-4 years of working experience in the sea freight industry
