Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm; Saturday, 8 am – 12 pm (Alternate Saturdays)
Salary Package: Up to $3,500 + Company Transport/Transport Allowance + AWS + Quarterly Incentives + Performance Bonus + Joining Bonus

Key Responsibilities
Schedule daily collection and delivery tasks.
Address and resolve daily issues related to collection and delivery.
Calculate and tabulate trip allowances for staff.
Conduct weekly toolbox meetings and training sessions to enhance team skills.
Perform cross-training among team members to ensure versatile capabilities.
Oversee and ensure the maintenance of all vehicles to keep them in optimal condition.
Manage and submit registrations for Safety Induction Courses and other relevant training.
Monitor and improve team performance and discipline.
Collaborate closely with the Customer Service and Operations teams to streamline processes.
Maintain a positive attitude towards problem-solving.
Serve as a backup for other fleet supervisors during their absence.
Coordinate ad-hoc emergency responses as needed.
Prepare incident reports and lead investigations to determine root causes and develop corrective and preventive plans.
Adhere to and assist in the drafting of Standard Operating Procedures and Risk Assessments.
Comply with all company policies and safety rules.

Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the 3PL Logistics industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for Logistics Officer to join their warehouse team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East - easily assessible.
Jobs Scope:
Adhere to all operational procedures and compliance standards.
Act as the main contact for delivery, shipment, and customer inquiries.
Manage system transactions for receiving, order fulfillment, and shipment planning.
Coordinate with customers and transporters to resolve daily issues and meet delivery/collection requirements.
Perform stock allocation and arrange shipments based on customer instructions.
Prepare and consolidate outbound documentation for cargo release and return to customers.
Collect and manage data for reporting to the Operations Executive/Manager.
Oversee record retention, documentation, and cycle count processes.
Ensure all KPIs are met and provide timely, accurate reports.
Assist with administrative tasks, data entry, and provide backup support when needed.
Requirement:
Min 1 year of warehouse operations experience
Basic computer skills
