• Work closely with supplier and customer for order shipment
• Prepare documentation – issue DO, Service Reports, import/ export shipping documents, etc
• Oversee and check proper loading/ unloading of goods
• Liaise with freight forwarders, vendors, and customers for collection and delivery of goods in Singapore and overseas
• Tracking of shipments
• Ensure smooth execution of daily operational job orders and delivery arrangement
• Respond and resolve urgent customer demand in a timely manner
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor

Responsibilities:

1. Performance Metrics: Monitoring KPIs (e.g., order accuracy, on-time delivery, warehouse utilization) to ensure operational targets are met.
2. Technology Implementation: Supporting or leading the integration of technology solutions such as WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), TMS (Transport Management Systems), and automation tools.
3. Process Improvement: Analyzing logistics operations to identify inefficiencies and implementing solutions for improvement.
4. Cost Optimization: Reviewing costs related to warehousing, transportation, and labor to develop strategies for cost-effectiveness.
5. Collaboration: Coordinating with cross-functional teams like warehouse staff, transportation teams, and client services to align on goals.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2. At least 2 yrs project implementation experience in logistics industry
3. At least 2 yrs experience in logistics operations (3PL)
4. Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other operational excellence methodologies can be an added advantage.
5. Analytical skills for evaluating data and proposing actionable insights.
6. Knowledge of logistics software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, WMS/TMS).

Role and Responsibilities

This position will be on shifts(day and night) and expected to oversee the day-to-day transport arrangement, vehicle maintenance schedules which includes but not limited to the following:

.Stock inventory control for consumables (update FIFO)

.Incoming and outgoing of raw materials control(store-QA-production)

.Receiving,signing and recording of consumables from external suppliers

Job Scope:
