Key Responsibilities

• Liaise closely with customers and operations team on order fulfillment, inventory & shipment related activities
• Working closely with operations team to provide information/ feedbacks to customers on operational issues and co-ordinate with customers to resolve all issues
• Generate KPIs and transactional reports to internal and external customers on a timely basis
• Verify vendor invoices and liaise with vendor for any discrepancies
• Monitor the usage of warehouse supplies and raise POs for replenishment
• Coordinate the urgent order fulfillment with customer, operations and transporter
• Ensure the accuracy and timely update of system transactions
• Perform other required duties or task when assigned
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
• Support daily operations tasks if needed
• Any other duties as assigned by manager from time to time

We are looking for

• Diploma/Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Logistics/Transportation or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in the logistics industry preferred
• Computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook) & Warehouse Management System (WMS) / Exceed System
• Good verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
• Must be able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced, and pressured environment
• Positive, independent atitude and Good Team Player

• Location: Central & West (Has to be comfortable working at 3 different locations)
• Salary: Up to $2700
• Duration: 4+5 years contract
• Working hours: Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 6.00pm

Resonsibilities:

• To manage and account common assets and inventory at the three primary locations.
• Activities include the managing of database and process asset/inventory receipts, transfers and disposal via Authorities IT systems.
• To administer the receiving, storage and distribution of assets at storehouse.
• To conduct cyclical stocktake for common assets and assets held within Authority premises.
• To support timely response to employees’ enquiries on logistics matters.
• To assist supervisors with periodic audit checks and preparation of audit reports.
• To meet the quality service standards and customer satisfaction ratings as stipulated by the Authority.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Management or A-Level/ITE Certificate with relevant logistics experience
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software/applications (e.g. Excel)

Requirements:

2. Willing to work odd working hours, weekends,public holidays, shift work, rotating shifts

4. Preferred minimum class 3 Driving licence
5. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
6. Preferred cold storage/chiller warehouse facilities management and maintenance experience
7. Must be well-versed in shipping documents and cargo clearance processes
8. Experienced in Cargo Collection and Deliveries projects islandwide
9. Cargo recovery and lodging operations management reports
10. Work independently
11. Able to take up Adhoc tasks as and when required by company
12. Good Communication and Coordination skills preferred.

• Manage the operations department, leading a team of over 10 staff members.
• Ensure the seamless execution of daily air and sea shipment operations.
• Resolve operational challenges and address issues promptly and effectively.
• Uphold discipline and professionalism within the operations team.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of Singapore Customs regulations, airlines, and shipping lines.
• Exhibit self-motivation, independence, and a proactive attitude toward work.
• Be open to working overtime when required.
• Have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a manager or team lead in the freight forwarding industry.
• Be well-versed in import and export procedures for both air and sea shipments.
