Job Description:
・Acquire new customers through proactive outdoor sales initiatives
・Meet and exceed in sales targets in terms of profit margin and sales revenue
・Optimize Gross Profit and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand
・Engage in contract negotiation, pricing and terms & conditions with customers
・Evaluate performance via daily reports and monthly review meetings
・Capable of identifying areas for improvement and contributing to enhancing customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
・Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the freight forwarding, logistics and transportation industry is great advantage. ・Proven track record in sales development.
・Strong market knowledge in Freight Forwarding, supply chain solutions, preferably with specialization in certain industry verticals is an advantageous.
・A solid understanding of utilizing a sales process to identify and address customer needs.
