Scheduling Orders for Deliveries:

• The team coordinates with internal teams and logistics partners to schedule and plan deliveries.
• They ensure effective scheduling to optimize delivery routes and minimize delays.
• They monitor shipment progress and address any issues or delays promptly to ensure timely delivery.

Coordinate with Customers:

• The team acts as the primary point of contact for customers regarding their orders.
• They provide timely updates on the status of orders, delivery schedules, and any changes.
• They address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and manage complaints to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Respond to Emails, Phone Calls, and Texts:

• The team handles all forms of communication professionally and in a timely manner.
• They provide accurate information regarding products, services, and order status.
• They ensure timely follow-up on customer requests and issues to maintain high service quality.

Any Other Ad-Hoc Reports/Tasks Required:

• The team prepares and generates reports related to order processing, delivery performance, and other relevant metrics.
• They assist with additional tasks or projects as assigned, ensuring alignment with overall logistics goals.
• They assist in month-end billing for warehousing and delivery clients.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ level and/or Diploma in relevant discipline
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Knowledge in WMS preferred

Job Descriptions:

SAFETY WORK AT HEIGHT & HOUSEKEEPING

· To follow safety regulations and company policies during operations. Eg. Use of safety boots, T-shirt, hand-gloves, security passes etc.

· Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.

· Operate Order Picker with harness to handle cargo or jobs that require the use of such an equipment.

· General warehouse maintenance.

EXPORT BUILD-UP

· Monitor inventory levels and track the status of shipments. Eg. Plastic sheets, tapes, honey-comb etc.

· To assist in the loading and unloading ofmaterials.

· Ensure timely completion of delivery and shipment schedules.

· Airline nets – check for damage, missing pallet rings etc.

· To ensure that goods are properly packed and safely stowed.

· Ensure palletised cargo are properly covered with plastic sheets, edge boards and secured with tap

· Ensure nets are properly secured and tightened to secure the cargo during transportation.

· Paste the correct MAWB cargo label as instructed by the Loader onto the correct pallet or container.

· To coordinate with tractor drivers and warehouse teams to maintain correct flow of cargo for export.

· To collect and return all unused material. Eg. Tapes, nets, airline straps back to the storage area.

WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT

· Receiving of cargo/goods from trucker

· Sorting of cargo/goods by shipment destination

· To ensure all inbound cargo/goods, together with supporting documents are thoroughly checked upon receiving.

· Any discrepancy(s) for inbound and outbound cargoes must be immediately reported to the superior and documented.

Perform any other duties as reasonably assigned by your supervisor.

Job Requirements:

No experience required; training will be provided.

Possess valid forklift license is an added advantage.

Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment.

Self-motivated and able to work independently.
