Working Location: Woodlands
Working Hours: 5 days (Tue - Fri, 7.00am - 5.00pm, Sat, 7.00am - 4.00pm)
Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,800 + OT + AWS + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Receive and organize invoices for deliveries, then load the goods at the warehouse.
Drive safely and follow traffic rules. Drivers are responsible for any fines, accidents, or repairs.
Collect orders from customers and update the office to process them.
Collect payments from customers, check with Accounts if needed, and return the money to the office.
Maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle and ensure it’s always in good working condition.

Valid Class 3 Driving Licence with no demerit points
Good knowledge of Singapore roads.

Monitor and follow up on ongoing tasks until completion
Ensure timely job closure for prompt billing within the specified timeframe
Address and respond to customer inquiries without delay
Handle permit declarations for LCL shipments
Requirements:
At least 1 year working experience in logistics operations
Able to multi-task and work under least supervision in a fast-moving environment
Excellent communication and written skills
Knowledge of Import / Export permit declaration preferable

Independently carry out standardized operations as per SOP and 6S standards, and guide the team to meet order deadlines and ensure timely deliveries.
Address issues in the delivery process, report unresolved problems promptly, and seek solutions to maintain order flow.
Ensure timely completion of all warehouse orders and deliveries, understand operational requirements, regularly summarise and categorize delivery data, including abnormal orders, and provide timely feedback.
Follow up on maintenance orders, organize and file documents, manage inventory, and perform regular counts.
Optimize daily work systems, resolve abnormal issues, and enhance work efficiency.
Manage 6S on-site and assist the supervisor when needed.

NITEC or higher, preferably in logistics or supply chain management.
1-year experience in warehouse operations is preferable.
Proficient in office software, and familiar with warehouse entry and exit processes and basic computer operations.
Good teamwork and communication skills, strong integrity, attention to detail, strong professional ethics, good organizational and coordination abilities, initiative, and responsibility.
Positive attitude, eager to learn, and willing to follow leadership directions.
